CBFS Course: A 3-month job-ready certificate in retail banking & financial services.
PO Program: A premium 12-month residential path for confirmed Assistant Manager recruitment at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.
DCB Bank Program: A 15-day Hire-Train-Deploy classroom model with DCB Bank.
IGNITE Program: A 2-week job-assured residential launchpad in collaboration with Equitas Small Finance Bank.
Program durations vary to suit different needs: CBFS is 3 months, the PO Program is 12 months (4 months residential at Baddi University + 2 months internship + 6 months OJT), DCB Bank program is 15 days, and IGNITE is 2 weeks residential.
Upon completing the CBFS course, you receive a Certificate in Banking & Financial Services. For the PO program, you will be awarded a UGC-approved Advanced Certificate in Banking and Financial Services (ACBFS) from Sharda University. DCB and Equitas programs offer confirmed recruitment and placement certification.
Fees & Loan Options
CBFS: ₹ 69,900 (Installment options available).
PO Program: ₹ 2.65 Lacs (Initial deposit of ₹ 40,000 upon accepting the offer, with the rest covered by loan).
DCB Bank Program: ₹ 40,000 + GST (payable only after final selection by DCB Bank).
IGNITE Program: ₹ 42,000 + GST (Full fee is refunded as a performance bonus after completing 12 months of service).
Yes. For the PO Program, you are eligible for an education loan offered directly by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank on clearing the screening process. CBFS and other programs also support flexible installment and 0% interest loan options.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility varies by course:
CBFS Course: Graduates aged 21-27 years with min. 50% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation.
PO Program: Graduates or postgraduates aged 21-27 years with regular graduation and min. 50% marks.
DCB Bank Program: Regular graduates aged below 25 years with min. 50% marks.
IGNITE Program: Graduates aged 26 years and below with min. 50% marks.
No prior finance background is required. The programs are designed to train graduates from any stream and prepare them completely for professional banking operations.

Training Locations
The CBFS course is delivered online. The PO Program and IGNITE Program classroom training takes place at the residential campus of Baddi University, HP. The DCB Bank program is offline classroom training conducted by ex-bankers. Local counseling and candidate screenings are held at our verified Maharashtra centers (Thane, Pune, Mumbai, etc.).
