Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before registering for the training programs offered by TrueKnack ("us", "we", or "our"). Your enrollment and access to our educational services are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Admissions into TrueKnack banking programs are subject to strictly verified qualifications and age profiles to align with bank requirements:

• Graduates in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.) from recognized universities are eligible.
• Candidates must typically be aged between 20 to 28 years old at the time of course registration.
• Candidates must possess basic English communication skills and basic computer operation knowledge.

2. Training & Attendance

To qualify for placement assistance post-course completion, candidates must maintain high standards of attendance and performance:

• A minimum attendance of 90% is mandatory across all training modules and branch simulation sessions.
• Active participation in grooming sessions, placement workshops, and ex-banker mock interviews is required.
• Candidates must pass all internal program evaluations and domain assessments before their profile is cleared for placements.

3. Placements & Job Assistance

TrueKnack provides 100% placement support to qualified graduates through partner private sector banks. Under placement assistance:

• We coordinate job interview schedules with prospective private sector banks.
• While we facilitate multiple interview opportunities to ensure job acquisition, candidate selection is ultimately subject to clearing the partner bank's recruitment process, background audits, and HR criteria.
• Refusal to attend scheduled placement interviews or rejecting three valid job offers will release TrueKnack from any further placement assistance commitments.

4. Fee Payments & Refund Policy

All training course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed EMI installment cycles before module access is granted. Fees paid to TrueKnack cover training materials, access to simulation portals, and job placement assistance. Registration fees are non-refundable once classes commence.

5. Amendments & Governing Law

TrueKnack reserves the right to amend its curriculum structure, training schedules, or course guidelines to conform with changes in private sector banking regulations. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.
